by placing an order, you automatically agree to my terms of services and must oblige to follow them
general information & usage rights
commissioned work is for personal use only (ie. icons, wallpapers, gifts, etc.)
all commissioned work are copyrighted, meaning you cannot sell, repurpose, or claim the artwork as your own
any modification of my work such as recoloring or tracing is prohibited
do not use or sell any of my work for NFTs, AI, cryptocurrencies or anything related to the blockchain
I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason and if the current queue is full
commissions are nonrefundable. however, should there be any complications on my end that prevents me from finishing your commission, I can cancel it and return the payment
clients can post their commissioned piece on their social media. I only ask for proper credit to me, the artist, on the post or anywhere on your page
I have the right to post commissioned works as part of my portfolio. though if you would like the piece to remain private, please tell me so

Visual references are a requirement. This includes character references, poses, clothes, etc. I will not accept text only descriptions. Please provide all the necessary references to help get an idea of your request. You can also provide a quick sketch if you'd like. It helps me out a lot!
Extra fee will be charged based on the complexity of the commission. These include detailed clothing, armor, weapons, and any other complex designs
Variations of commission pieces will be charged extra as well. Examples being changes in expressions or outfits. However, variations like a different colored background will be free of charge
There will be check-ins for each process of the artwork (sketch, lineart, colors) please make sure to provide your email, Bluesky or Twitter handle so that I may easily contact you. General updates can also be found through my Trello
There will be a maximum of 2 major revisions during the sketch phase and 1 during the coloring phase. Any revisions after will cost extra
Some commissions will take time to finish depending on the complexity, the queue, or my schedule in real life so please understand!
If your commission needs to be finished at a specific date, please tell me 2 weeks in advance so that I may have time to work on it. there will be an extra fee for rushed commissions
Please do not ask me to draw realistically or imitate another artist's style. If that is your intent form the start, consider commissioning other artists instead
I ask for your patience and respect my time with the commissions. If I have an update, I will notify you personally or an have an update through my Trello
Alternatively, if I haven't posted an update for awhile, please inform me so I can follow up on your commission
payment procedure & options
I will be accepting payments via PayPal / Ko-fi (USD) for international clients, and GCash / BPI bank transfer (PHP) for local clients. This must be paid in full upfront before I proceed with your commission
For PayPal transactions, please provide your email so that I can send an invoice to confirm your order. if you wish to pay through GCash / BPI bank transfer, a QR code will be sent upon request. Kindly send the proof of payment through my email or Twitter DMs
If you are placed in the waitlist, an invoice will not be sent until after the current queue of commissions is finished
